Generally molars teeth at the back have deep and narrow grooves and pits on chewing surface. Food stick to these area easily and difficult to remove by the tooth brush.
We recommend to have these difficult to clean grooves and pits cover with thin layer of white or tooth filling as a preventive measure. It it very simple procedure, in most cases no drilling is required.
Adult can also have fissure seal. The grooves and pits are clean, remove any stain and then white filling apply.
